Privacy policy

1. What this site collects

This site is a set of static pages. There are no user accounts, no stored profiles, and no contact form on this stage of the site. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits; see the Analytics section below.

2. Email

Messages sent to contact@topgameforkid.com reach a mailbox controlled by this domain. That mailbox uses email routing, which forwards messages to the owner's inbox; the routing provider processes the message in transit only.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share contact data.
  • We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.
  • Apart from Google Analytics 4 (see below), we do not use third-party tracking scripts on this site.

4. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are read. It reports to a Google Analytics property used only for this site.

Google Analytics records the pages you view, the page that referred you, the type of device and browser, your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address) and timings of the visit. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. The site does not send your name, email address or any other identifying detail to Google Analytics.

The data is not used for advertising and is not sold. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off for this site, and the advertising storage settings are set to "denied" for every visitor.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the site tells Google Analytics not to set analytics cookies (Google's consent mode, default "denied"). Google may still receive basic, cookieless measurements of the visit, which it uses only in aggregate. Elsewhere, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell one visit from another.

To opt out, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies and scripts from Google in your browser. How Google uses data from sites that use its services is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Your requests

If you have written to us and want your message or its metadata removed, send a request from the same email address with the subject "Privacy". We remove correspondence that is not needed to keep a record of a correction or a legal obligation.

6. Changes

Any change to this policy is dated on this page. We do not backdate revisions.
